Can anyone tell me exactly what the issue seems to be with Griffens back...i am concerned he hasn't played NAB and is looking touch & go for R1...Am thinking that i can't start Libba if Griffen isn't playing & also wondering if its the sort of injury that could follow Griffen through the season, any information/comments welcome, Thanks.

I'd be expecting opposition teams to heavily tag Liberatore this year and therefore cannot see his averages improve this year. If you lock down Liberatore's midfield contested ball wins from stoppages, than the dogs will not have a much success as last year in the clearances. On Griffen no one really knows how bad his back problems are, which is a concern- very unlikely to play round one.

Im not sure on Griff - all I have read and heard is they expect he will be ok for rd1, but I'm starting to worry.

They are having AFL v VFL hit out this week so we will see if he appears in that

Libba wiins his own ball - but yes could attract a tag especially if Griff is not in - some teams might even send run with players to both

both are upgrade targets for me at this stage
