Is it a crazy idea. I know it is a lot of cash sitting on the bench however i think the scoring potential of Mcevoy and luenburger with sand for cover is a good idea.

What does everyone think? Thanks in advance for your replies

Way too much money to be sitting on your bench it means you are weak somewhere else in your team.
You either have Sandi as R2 or not at all.

fever

awful idea man

just gotta make a hard choice and leave one out

Pokerface

Sandi will outscore them both in any case.

Ricochet

You can if you have HMac and Hickey/Hampson at R1 and R2. Means you can loophole the better score.
Otherwise you must be very very comfortable with the rest of your team

cortez

If he stays fit he could be the biggest cash cow of them all, could go up 300k

I don't really get the point of this. Downgrade one of them to a rookie, and upgrade the other to a keeper. Then you don't have to worry about showerty mid-pricer scores every week

The hope is you won't get showerty midprice scores from HMac and Sandi who have proven to be premo scorers. Then you have Hickey on the bench as a loophole option in case he kills it.

Round 1: Hickey v Melb
Round 2: Hickey v GWS
Round 3: HMac v Grundy

Not guaranteed great scored but seriously increases their chances against weeker sides/opposition ruckmen. The only premo I would consider would be NicNat and am worried about vests in the first game.

I looked at this option carefully but dismissed it due to lack of decent mid price options..with no stand out ruck rookies it seemed viable but those 3 midpricers would have to increase value and you would have to play a non scoring R4 rookie to loophole the best ruck score, also would have provided cover for Sandilands + any injury....downside is its more trades to upgrade & none of H-Mac/Hampson/Hickey/Grundy can be trusted to gain that 100k required + occasional 90-95 score to make the loophole option valid.

Sandi/Hampson/Gundy is what i was working with H-Mac was always wishful thinking.

Think this option was appealing to those who couldn't make up their mind on a good R1 premo.

Have gone with McEvoy/Sandi now and be happy if he can push 100 again and play 20-22 games...i want to avoid injury prone people this year.

Edited some words out but they're still your words.
No need for elaboration.

why dont you start with pendles and ablett on your mid bench? great scoring cover, plus it'd be a good POD. dont be a sheep like all those starting them on field.

Hey fever why don't you try to get your team as cookie cutter as possible. Inspiring.

Never going to happen!!

As long as he gets to the byes I will be happy... to trade him out for the form ruck at the time.

I think sandi is in for a big year mysrlf and will be injury free.  Will average over 100 and play 18 gamnes
