First attempt, I've left it so late!

Hello all, it's been a while - hope everyone is doing well.   I've left it all really late this year and not done a massive amount of research so looking for some pretty solid advice.

First attempt is picture, and seems to be a bit weak up front and maybe too strong in defense.  So can you have a look and let me know of anything that's a definite no or any glaring omissions?  Thanks

Alright I've edited my team a bit and am now interested in the keepers and if i've made any glaring mistakes... let me know your thoughts please.  Don't hold back

McDonald from North?

I reckon Mumford and Leuey are better options than Kreuzer.

I had McDonald in but I felt I needed better balance across all lines.

Anyone else?  Is there any definite nos, or must haves that i'm missing?
