Had a tough time trying to decide which midfielders to play this round. Polec, Adams and Wallis all missing out after solid preseason efforts, with none even making the emergencies list. But for the first round of the season I think you have to stick with the tried and tested premiums and expect them to go big when it counts, I'm looking at you Sloane (averaged 73 in the NAB).

Yes, as many times as you like. No Vice-Captains when using Co-Captains (if you name one, it won't be used!). If one co-captain doesn't play, the other will get double points
