Richmond fans in particular will he string together 10-15 or more games this year is he worth a spot in my team or should I go with Rohan or someone?

Bully

Madonna has looked superb in the preseason and should be pressing hard for a spot in the 22. Given he's been playing back he may have trouble competing with the likes of Petterd & Morris but I wouldn't be surprised to see him named round 1. His VFL form last year was outstanding and he has the potential to pull in some big scores.

Doggoneit

looks to me an ideal vest candidate and right on edge of 22

Miles could get upgraded and get a spot before him as he brings something better to the team overall.

but i'm just looking from the outside and we will get a clearer picture when rookie upgrades happen.

McDonough has been playing back so he won't be competing with Miles for a spot, Thomas is the one who is vying for the midfielder role. As for his vest probability, it's of slight concern but he doesn't strike me as an impact player, this would be filled by the likes of Foley or King IMO.

tigertops

yeah dont think he will be a vest candidate. he will either play in the 21 or wont make the cut.
if hes named then obviously hes in, and i reckon he will play out the game.
as above hes not an impact player.
atm he looks as good a chance of any of the young blokes for a HBF posi.

HotTiges

will play quite a few games IMO. Looked good in NAB..

Doggoneit

could make for some interesting decisions week 1- and now less than 4 days until teams named.

He's in for the moment but I still think he is a chance to be vest bait

His vest chances are just the same as Rohans I would think. Cant see him getting the red vest, that sort of role usually doesn't, so if he dodges the green vest were laughing

I never worry about red vests, they usually go to an injured player or just someone that isnt getting a kick so I dont think you can predict that.
Rohan has done his apprenticeship though where as Mcdonogh has only played 1 game where I believe he did wear the green vest. Hard to predict these things, hopefully he can avoid it

You cant worry bout red vests, other than injured players big guys are the main sub off options. Guys like Hogan, Boyd, as the build tanks, and teams look to inject pace late in games.
