Locked in rookies

Which rookies will you lock in if they get named to play the first week, knowing well that they may take the place of a better rookie the week after?
I'm hesitant to start any Swans rookies just because I don't see them getting regular games
In saying that I would probably pick up Laidler, Rohan and Derickx atm
Are there any other guys that are giving you nightmares about whether to pick them or not in the first week?

Im just picking whoever is named as a starter and swapping with those that dont get a gig for rd 1

Hopefully I can get a full playing team with about 4 players <200K in my starting lineup

Ive got a hefty mid priced watch list

Ill just keep downgrading until I get a full side I spose and have mature non playing rooks on the bench like pearce, michie, langford, ellis, rohan & tippett if they dont get a gig rd 1...but Im expecting some of them to play

He's done okay in the NAB games. At $161k he's not really appealed and TBH I haven't really given him much thought. If by Saturday Georgiou hasn't been upgraded and/or Clurey looking likely to miss I may reconsider.
Langdon with DPP and a $117k pricetag would give me something to think about too.

Surely Laidler has better JS than Langdon? I wouldn't touch Langdon if you payed me. Will be a good player but Pies have some good players that can come in - Fasolo, Seedsman, Josh Thomas.. Think he will last 2-3 games tops. At least with Laidler you know his chances of being the sub are unlikely in his position

I'll pick the guys who are named rd1 and I think will be good. If I get it wrong, or miss out on one, then fine. I always allocated 3-4 correction trades to begin with

Aish had another solid game stat wise yesterday 22 disposals and 10 or clearances or contested don't remember which one it was.
