Just want to clarify something - someone PM'd asking me about the '30 second rule'. There is no 30 second rule, but I can see why people got confused from the OP. I was warning people that you can't post on this forum if your last post was 30 seconds ago - which can be annoying

My comment was more about how my last refresh just missed having showed your post. As it was if I did another one, I'd have wasted 3-5 seconds and been over the time limit anyway.
