Tossing up grabbing him at F2, North should improve this year and he's looking as good as ever, plus unlike other big forwards if you look at his scores last year he can still post a decent score if not smashing the scoreboard

I disagree I just looked at his scores from last year and if he doesn't kick any goals or even jags 1 he scores around 70-80 cant have that as an F2
how often did he get 70-80?

He scored under 80 five times. He also scored over 100 eleven times, and 7 of those were over 120.

Would Petrie be a better option to start then Roughy?

Both have the same bye round. Roughy is cheaper and IMO will average more than Petrie. Therefore I would start with Roughy and see how Drew goes before the bye. If Petrie's numbers are similar to last year by round 9 you would then consider him as an upgrade target. Definitely start with Roughy ahead of Petrie

Yeah might go with Roughy then just unsure how not having Buddy around will affect his output

No they don't..Roughy has R9 bye, Petrie has R8 bye.
Right about the post R8 upgrade target though i reckon

All this talk has convinced me into changing Petrie to Roughead, although this gives me 4 hawks starting on the ground (lots would have 4 hawks starting I assume? )
I would have Roughead and Gunston starting along side one another as f2 and f3 with the rest of my forward line danger, pavlich, caddy, Rohan   JKH impey.

As long as he scores 20 you made the right choice LOL

This is why we avoid KPFs. Ur team has a stinker so does ur score.
Rely too much on the service.

In saying that currie mite get a run now. Goldy is a warrior

HotTiges

Yeah only prob with Petrie..massive ceiling both ways! Cue 150+ next week

kilbluff1985

yeah you have to expect these with KPP forwards i avoid them Pav is my only one only because i thought he was underpriced

TBH i didn't expect a sub 50 from him all year..thought his lows would be a few 60's....Bloody North...1st game but not a top 4 performance, just looked messy with no real game plan, Struggled to use the ball effectively and going forward were not hitting any targets, Think Currie will be in next week either way (Goldy Injured or Try as third tall if Daw still unfit), If they are the real deal in 2014 they need to bounce back next week...anything can happen  R1

Once again Norths mids fail to dominate even with the addition of Dal Santo.
