Rate and Tell me if I should downgrade

Current Team:
Def - Mitchell, Hanley, Hurn, Swallow, Suckling, McDonald (Clurey, Langdon)
Mid - Ablett, Pendles, Rockliff, Beams, Tyson, Michie, Polec, Ellis (Dunstan, Cunningham)
Rucks - McEvoy, Sandi (Thurlow, Nankervis)
Fwd - Danger, Dusty, Gunston, Pav, Caddy, Rohan (JKH, Lloyd)

My thinking is that if I downgrade one of Swallow/Gunston I can upgrade a couple players to make them keepers. For example:
a) Swallow, Gunston, McEvoy = Webster, Roughead, Goldstein
b) Gunston, Pav, McEvoy = Higgins, Roughead, Goldstein

Thoughts very much appreciated (if you have another way I can make some quid and spend it, feel free to say it).

People going for Wingard or Roughy if I decided to make some cash available?

This is a very strong side with the only very minor concern being Mcevoy.
Backs: Don't change any of these i think all are excellent choices.
Mids: Another team that has jumped off Thomas I think Tyson is certainly the best replacement.There is always the risk Thomas will get injured at some stage.
Rucks The only weakness Mcevoy has is that his hit out to outvantage is terrible
Fwds: Leave it as is unless you can find a way of getting higgins in. Mcevoy seems to be the player that has to go.It depends on who you think you will have the better season out of Pavlich and Gunston many are saying pavlich will drop off this year so he may be the player to dump.
