Who do you think will be the better pick out of these two this year?

Prob neither a keeper
Prob one will get injured - but when
Both could make money

I see their positions as one of the last selected so will depend on how much money left

Disclaimer - Higgins is on my never when list but I am still prepared to give him another chance

Currently have Higgins so I can afford Leue - but after first weekend of round 1 depending upon selections, Higgins may well go.

Not sure i agree doc, i think if Higgins can get back to playing his best footy he could easily make the top 10 forward list, which would make him a keeper. I agree, its unlikely that he can play a whole season without another physical breakdown, but if he did manage it he's done enough to prove he knows where the pill is. Plus there seems to be a serious lack of quality fwd options this year which works in his favour...

how much are you expecting him to average Juzz?  :o

Even with an injury free season he wont average more than mid 80's

Still worth a selection but deffinitely wont be a keeper

nperera95

Higgins with 33 disposals in todays practice match... Only question is how many games can he string together..

Why not have both? Caddy will get more mid time with christensen and motlop injured. Averaged 75 last year without the vest. Can only get better

Interesting choice really... With Caddy, I can only afford McEvoy. But with Higgins, I can get big Cox... just dont want to be burnt by Higgins again.

I would suggest you temper those wild expectations forthwith young man!

Okay maybe i went a bit over the top... but still, he's a genuine gun if he can string games together

Thats more like it :P

I dont doubt he is a gun, my concern with him aside from being injury prone is the role he will play.
The dogs mids have really formed in the past year or 2 so his time in the midfield will be less than ever.
Apparently he played across half back today though. Is that where you see him playing the season?

Wouldnt have thought so however he has played there in the past, and played well. Hopefully he can repay some of the faith we've put in him :)

Caddy up to 24 disposals at 3qtr time. Top possession winner on the ground.. Hmmm
