You could downgrade Thomas to Tyson and then upgrade Lobbe to a 500-530k ruck such as McEvoy/Nic Nat/Leuey and then keep the some cash until the teams are named to make sure all your bench rookies play. Only a suggestion.

if you really want Murphy at M4 i would downgrade Rohan - Impey/ McDonough then with the money you save upgrade Dahlhaus - someone like Pav/Gunston/Zorko type

Personally i would go Murphy. Thomas won't be a keeper so your going to use a trade upgrading him although if he goes 85-100 he will make you some cash. Murphy has more potential to go 100+ and for a proven premo he is a bargain!
