I have some concerns over the use of the sub Ringo.
It appears a viable tactic is just to select a nice high scoring mid as your sub (lets say Ablett to be over dramatic) and then Ablett will replace your lowest scoring player which is generally a forward or a backmen, essentially allowing you to play one extra midfielder in your team.
I do not believe this to be in the spirit of a fair game and surely a sub must only be activated when you have a sub affected (red or green) vest score in your team, not just a showery player.
That also being said, purposefully selecting a back sub risk or forward sub risk (or selecting them in your team knowing they are the sub) is another way around this and you could essentially play another mid at the expense of a forward or back.
I can't think of another way around this unless we say sub scores are purely involved when a player is removed due to injury?

KKnow the concerns and as we said at voting time will monitor during the season and review and change if necessary. Bear in mind if you do this and you have a late out in mids sub rule is negated.  Does not appear to be an issue this round possibly due to split round as most teams have struggled with players.

With the West Coast Eagles game starting at 4:40pm Local Time (8:40pm AEDT) to be fair to all coaches who may have to work I will be extending the closing time for final score notifications to receive the 20 points bonus to 6:00pm tomorrow night AEDT  (5:00pm QLD; 5:30pm (SA); 2:00pm (WA))

Did not realise the late start otherwise would have notified earlier.

Thre was a reason I failed maths 4+3 = 8 (dah),  Been away all weekend so a little tired as well. Actual start time in Brisbane is 6:40pm btw.

Cut of time for lodgements though does no change expcept for WA which is 3:00pm tomorrow.
