I am left with just under 200k and need an F6 who will play most games and get good ahem time and if I'm lucky average 65+

ben_020285

Simple answer.

Bock is still injured and won't play round 1 so Rohan.

Wait for teams and select a really cheap rookie who is selected.

I just don't like Rohan - nothing personal - he just doesn't do it for me.

If he were $123,000, then maybe.

You're paying for his job security. Longmire loves him and he's in their best 22. A 123,000 rookie will have no JS whatsoever and could play one crappy game and then be deadwood sitting on your bench. It's worth spending the extra 50k.

Until a number of forward rookies are named round 1 with great JS, gotta go with Rohan.

Yuck I say.

Would you put him on field??  :o

Yes. F6. Reckon he will average 65 - 70 which is pretty good for a forward rookie.

tor01doc

Or Higgins - ave 75 - 80?  ;)

And pay an extra 80k for the equal most injury prone player in the AFL. No thanks.

Ben again, can't lose with Rohan and he's in 38% of teams anyway. Cheers.    :)

I don't get why people are so against starting Rohan at F6. It's the start of the season and you've got someone who is cemented in there team and will avg 65+ remember also that would probably be his first real pre-season! I think people are just being to greedy!

connor

thanks for the help guys think i will go with rohan and higgins which is slightly risky but i don't plan to have either for long and it gives me more money for a 4th premo forward

Nolittleblackbook

Rohan is in for mine - Higgins...... I just cannot do it.  A waste of a trade

connor

I can understand not wanting higgins because of his injuries but i don't know why he is a waste of a trade. You always take risks in supercoach you have to so you can get an edge, sometimes it pays off other times it doesn't.
If higgins gets injured before round 5 or something than the risk will have not paid off and i will have to sideways/downgrade him but if he doesn't get injured and averages over 65 than he will make some easy money and with the state of forward rookies at the moment that i shard to come by.
