Best ruckmen sub 400k

Who do you guys think is the best ruck men below 400K excluding Sandi. Was thinking Hickey up until the last Nab Cup game.

With Maric out for 6 - 8 weeks I'd be prepared to give Hampson a go.    :-\

I think they might bring in the Big O to cover for Maric which could affect Hampsons output

Don't see the appeal in Grundy at all. Scored over 76 once last year IIRC. I think if you're starting Sandi, then you shouldn't be going with another mid-priced ruck.

Me either but excluding Sandi who is the next best sub 400k ruck?
Grundy probably. I wouldn't want him but he has to rank up there with Hickey, McIntosh and Thurlow!

HMac would be the next best. You just need him to stay out there

HMac will get managed and wont play too much
Grundy is a kid and will wear out at the year goes on - they really should have kept Jolly one more year and not put all their eggs into one basket
Hickey and Longer look like they might both play, in which case wont score well
Hampson wont score well, or even last, once Maric returns

I wish just one of these guys had potential. Looks like I'm spending a bunch of cash on R1 which would have been nice to avoid for now

Simpson/Thomas/Mcevoy 65k

Simpson and Thomas are in my team. Swallow and Murphy haven't interested me. McEvoy and Pyke will go similar IMO. Like the latter option by some way.
