With more bad news for StKilda with Hayes suspended will anyone condiser a disporportionate number of Melb mids for their Rd1 sides with a full change possible in Rd 2.

No Stevens, Montagna, Hayes and considering they are ordinary and a wooden spoon chance, the rejuvinated Melb mids might just go KAPOW!.
Vince, Michie, Tyson are low value and high possession players based on NAB and could come up trumps.

Never thought I would consider it but there may be a Melb (and perhaps SYD) stacked squad for round 1 to get $$$ and then select my real team for rnd 2

Thoughts?? Do you dare trust Melb?

Pretty sure I will have Tyson as my M8 in round 1. Not sure about the other guys just yet.

Tyson seems to be one of those no brainer selections with his form coming into round 1. All the other players can very interesting selections. Yes they may go up in price, but what off the players you want to bring into your side in round 2? These guys can also play well in rd 1. I reckon stacking your team in round 1 due to favourable draws can be a very bad idea, especially if the players you want in your side do perform well from round 1. Just stick with one side you'll be happy with for the season :)

you won't get $$$ until after round 2 so you'll need to keep Michie and Tyson for round 2 to get price rise

Just a quick note, while the saints midfield looks depleted hogan, clarke and dawson are all ruled out for round 1. If Adelaide last year is anything to go by we could see some of the midfield end up in the forward line.

Could be a good thing for the mids, means the ball might be consistently heading into the forward line, and then coming straight back out :P
