Ben Kennedy vs Gary Rohan

Gary Rohan seems to be appearing in many peoples teams due to his job security but I really don't want to put him in due to his mediocore supercoach output. I was thinking of upgrading to Kennedy for the extra 50k; he's only selected by 2.7% of teams, making him a great potential POD. He also seems like a much better supercoach scorer than Rohan.

I don't really think there is such a thing as a rookie/cheap POD - its not as if either of these guys have the potential to win your you're match

I too am not touching Rohan. IMO he is one of the most overrated players in the game and gets spoken about all the time but doesn't do much

This may change, but I cant believe Im doing this, but I have gone with Higgins for now. We have all been burnt by him the past, but IF he can string a few games together he has the best scoring potential, rock solid JS and can make us cash

Besides last year, the 4 years prior he played 15+ games each year, and although that is not great, its not as bad as we all seem to think, and that's because when SC first got up and popluar 5 or so years ago, he was one of the first players to burn us and that's why we never forget and always rule him out, but with Bob Murphy gone, even if he can play the first 7-10 games this year, like Sandi he will make us cash and score well for his price

Don't know about Kennedy being a better scorer than Rohan can't remember Kennedy ripping out any large scores and a lot of people forget how serious an injury Rohan had , takes a long time to get over something like that think he will improve and is much cheaper and round 10 bye so Rohan for me  ;)

i gotta say i never thought rohan would be in my side but i have liked what i have seen early .. firmly believe he can increase output when the real stuff comes around

Will average around the same so save yourself the 50k.

Round 10 bye for Rohan also a bonus as opposed to Kennedy's treacherous R8 bye.

If both get full regular games, Kennedy should score better, can run through the mid, kick as many goals as Rohan and also likely win more of the ball himself. Both are big vest candidates though, Kennedy got the vest 5 times last year, hurting his scoring, but it was his first year so is likely to see less vests as he builds a tank. Rohan can look brilliant running and kicking long, butvthen you realise he hadnt touched it for 20 minutes before that. Both worth a shot though and current have them as my f6/7.
