Backs: i like this backline, only 1 i would swap is grundy
Mids: pendles a must, downgrade hutchings to cunningham (syd) for more $$$$, must squeeze pendles in there
Rucks:  mumford to sandi for more $$$ for the pendles upgrade
Fwds: i like mayes as a smokey, birds scoring and mid opportunity a worry once swans bring mcveigh, jpk and co back, swap to sheils (haw) maybe????

My immediate reaction is there are not a lot of keepers in your team so you will need to utilise a fair few trades through the year, which might become tight if you get a few injuries or require some correction trades.  I don't mind the use of mid pricers as they can be useful and some will break out but consider getting a couple more reliable keepers to underpin your team.

Very different. Almost too different...

DEF - it's ok although no premiums?Terlich could be a good pick.Vlastuin is a 2nd year player so not sure if he is worth picking.Clisvy is a awkward pick.dont see decent scores or cash made.Grundy is not SC relevant.maybe 2 decent games out 10 if your lucky.

MIDS - good, very good. Hutchings is a 50/50 pick. Don't expect too much of him.

RUCK - Solid. Don't trust Sandilands?

FWDS - pretty solid considering not a lot of rookies.once again missing an out and out gun like Danger or Martin.dont see Bird doing a lot different to normal years and not sure Devon Smith will breakout.

6/10 as its very different.just think a lot of picks will back fire and can't be trusted.. Good luck though!

Harsh but fair. That is contradictory I know but how else do you say the backline is no good because it lacks Mitchell, McVeigh and Simpson or similar. 3 decent picks are needed to give 300 points a nudge every week with some decent support from D4-6...your picks are hopeful ones. They could score well but consistency will be an issue. On paper looks like D4-6 x 2 rather than D1-6.
Mids definitely better looking with Pendles at M2 and Murphy pushed back to M4 rather than M3.
Simply should have Dangerfield in forwards too.

I don't know mate.... I think you can roll the dice in the midfield but I think you are just going to be trading too much in order to compete week to week.

When I look at the team, you will most likely need to be trading - Tyson, Michie, Polec, Elliot, Hogan, Rohan, Suckling, X Ellis, Kersten. IMO thats the reason to pick up cashcows. To be keeping any of them at the at the end of the season they would want to be averaging well over 80+ and become your 6th option (7th/8th in mid).

I see alot of trades being burnt and that doesn't account for injury.

I think you need to have - Danger, D Beams, S. Mitchell at the least!
I think you could do away with - Bartell, Harvey, Thomas and Burchal (for me they all need to prove themselves)
I like - L. Shiels

It is unique and if you are taking chance its the year to do something different, but I think you can rework it a little and be a bit stronger - 5/10
