Hi All
Thinking of the split round and how the loophole might be a challenge.
Picture a scenario of having Pendles with the VC.
1. Pendles smashes a 130 despite Crowley
What do you do?
Pick a non playing rookie for loophole? Then maybe stuck with that rookie who may not get a game?

Early days but these things keep me awake at night

In that situation I would pick a non playing rookie in the rucks and use him for the loophole all season.

Hey there Grange - sounds weird but I'm thinking about going with Sandilands as VC.
There's a fair chance that the big unit could go huge up against Grundy.
Max King would then come off my bench to captain my team with Lobbe my EMG on the bench.

Good idea

Ricochet

Use your R4 as a perma non playing loophole for the whole year. You most likely won't need him. Max King is the best rookie for this spot as he plays a lot of sunday games. You can still have Pendles as VC and have the C on King.

GM

 Yeah Ric has it.
R4 loophole for me

Leigh Montagna is an option as well if the Rd1 suspension is only thing preventing him from being in your starting squad.
