Trade and swap

Can someone please confirm for me if we are still able to swap a DPP to a traded blank spot without using a trade this year.

EG     D6 is traded out  but have DPP player in M4 can swap him in without a trade get a new mid instead?

hopefully this make sense, the reason why i ask is i dont see any S (Swap) function in then trade section this year.

It is allowed in the rules and from memory last year did not come into the SC until after first round when trading room is introduced, The Swap was a feature of that room.
