Is having Grundy and Sandilands as my rucks to risky?

Yes. Personally I think you need a premium ruck from the very start. I also think Grundy is one of the worst choices as a stepping stone to a fallen ruck, HMac would be a better option, Hickey as well, but I would still prefer a premo over these 2.

for the life of me i can't choose a ruck between 460k-525k...and 600k is to much as it takes me from 2 mid price stepping stones to rookies..to many rookies..
