Does anyone know if Sam Day or Charlie Dixon got the pinch hitting duties?  I've read Dixon was matched up on Grundy for a bit.

The age report from the match but not a lot revealed.  The only interesting stat to come out is that Ablett did not play due to a burnt hand sustained at home but opening game 2 weeks away.

He wasnt gonna play anyway, he was ruled out with a corked calf but the burnt hand isnt ideal. Its on the back of his hand though and wont be an issue apparently

Yeh if anyone knows of the GC player stats it would be very handy?
