Need help with choosing last 3 players with 1.2mil to spend

Got 1.2mil to spend on a starting mid, starting ruck and bench forward.
How do my rookies look? Is Cunningham gonna get a run? He played in the first NAB game and is named in the squad against West Coast. He played in a couple of finals last year I'm not sure whether that was due to other players injured but the fact he held his spot to play in a 2nd final is a positive sign.
