flower lads im no longer in the Chef game
But my burger , if u like spice dammnn
Beef mince, Salt, Pepper, Caynee Pepper, Onion Powder, Tabasco, Garlic
then cooked Meduim
and personally Jalopenos, Bacon and cheddar cheese , damn lads

only problem is the place i worked has a brioche bun and brioche is crap haha

Didnt end up getting the chance to check out any places whilst in melbourne except Merrywell (went twice lol) did notice that you guys have far smaller burgers than what we get in adelaide though.
