Vinny

Huxtaburger on Flinders Lane.

Nige

Made myself a burger over the weekend at home.

Brioche bun, roast chicken, tomato and aioli. I was pretty happy with it and went down well.

Would do again.

Well, I finished the bacon during breakfast and the cheese like a week ago. Sad times.

WhatMate

Going to Melbourne for the weekend leaving Thursday, getting back Monday.

Where is the best/must go place for a burger?

I'd ask where the best place for a snitty is but I reckon Adelaide is the home of snitty in Australia ;)  :P

It depends where you will be around Melbourne.

Best place is Easey's in Easey St. Collingwood. It is at the bottom of a 3 storey building and has booths like an American diner on the ground floor.
However the jewel in the crown is they have 2 Melbourne train carriages that have been placed on top of the building and you can eat in them while looking out over Melbournes skyline.
Great beer too and reasonably priced.
Book ahead for a carriage spot or just rock up and try your luck.

Are you talking about Dribbles? Haha.

I've heard they're decent, not personal experience though.

Big Mac

Yeh dribbles is good, although demazzi's is just next door and i've been going there recently

insane milkshakes there too although pretty pricy

I thought the burgers were pretty pricey there too, very good quality though!
