no replies? so everyone is too busy changing their teams to make it like mine rather then comenting?? haha

Good team, not one I would pick but difficult to fault.

Iffy on Pav, see 1 of 20 odd of my other posts to see why. Clearly very few agree with my assessment of Pav, which is fine (means I can move ahead of the pack... hahahah  ;) ) but I'm not going to repeat it again.

Really like MacDonald. A very good safe pick for the backline, which is needed because everyone is taking quite a few risks in defence this year.

You could, if you want to, easily fit another rookie in the midfield. Downgrade Cotchin or McVeigh and use the money on the midfield which is probably the weaker part of the team.

hey mate to be honest i think its way too even a side. not enough A graders. get martin and barlow on the ground and pick either trengove or scully to free up cash. dont be afraid to put some kids on the ground. ablett is your only A grader, coons is over rated as a points scorer. i like ball he could be a bargain buy.

dump ladson bring in waters or maguire on the ground, the 3 of them should score similar.

tippett and hille i like.

roo is a must for the forward line. otherwise solid forward line

My rule is get as many A graders in to start with cross your fingers they dont get injured and u save a shower load of trades. if its too even you end up swaping good players for good players and u dont improve your side come finals time

hope i was a help

check mine out if you want

That's brilliant advice, surprised by a Pie!

i just swapped gilbee for gram and pavlich for roo.

cooney average 107 in his brownlow hyear and had a very poor injury ravaged season last year. he can easily become a premium IMO.

who is this barlow??? is he a mature aged recruit??

i dont really like the idea of two rookies in the mid on the ground however looking at this barlow's pre season form how do you think he will score this year?

hawk_88

Barlow is a mature aged rookie, 22 or 23 I think from memory. He is on the rookie list but is almost certain to come off it and play round 1.

I think Fremantle was one of the few clubs who played relatively close to their normal game plan and  played with a list very close to their best. I see no reason he couldn't continue scoring like he has in NAB (75ish) or a little less. Mature bodies often flourish in Supercoach when starting out.

Martin also seems to be a definite starter and most people seem to have done that.  If you traded say Mcveigh for Barlow (had either Martin or Barlow starting and the other on the bench) that would free up a heap of coin for upgrading, say in the ruck.

Of course it depends if you want to risk 2 starters in the mid.

Just a thought

A lot of good advice has already been given but I would have thought its a bit risky taking Hunt and Kenelly in the backline and then Harvey and Murphy in the forward line as far as their past injuries (although Harveys was bad luck not a chronic one). Also not sure about Ball. Cant decide myself if I will pick him. I think he will get increased game time in the guts and get plenty of hard ball but his disposal is not exactly A Grade. Would appreciate your comments on my team and I hope this helps. Good luck
