What's the story with Mr.Viney?

Injured/underdone. Doubt he'll play round 1, unless it's as the sub. Roos does want to lessen his workload this season too, so i'd say a definite no for round 1. Should be back before round 3/4.

He's an interesting one. Given we've now got depth in the middle, he could find himself on the outer. I'd say he may have to work his way in from being an emergency/sub early on. Could get a heap of games later on, especially if Watts doesn't work out in the middle.

I figure we'll play 10-12 midfielders (or potentially midfield rotators) per week. So, at full strength- N.Jones, Vince, Cross, Tyson, Trengove, Viney, Watts, Michie, (Toumpas), (Blease), (Grimes). After that McKenzie and Jones come to mind, but they'll have to fight it out with the likes of Michie, for game time.

The other aspect, that makes it harder for us to play more midfielders in the forward line, is how we will line up:

HF: Howe, Dawes, Blease/Toumpas/Trengove
F: Kennedy-Harris, Clark, Hogan

From that there's really only one midfield spot up front, for resting mids.

Mr.Craig

Clearly that injury list the AFL posted has more holes than a twenty year old pair of undies.

Ha yes, most definitely. With this one though, it's more so just being underdone after his gruelling 2013 year, and the injuries he sustained. So not really too much of a surprise to me that he's not listed.

What you only get twenty years out of a pair of undies ?

Obviously doesn't turn them inside out

Just starting to feel comfortable after twenty years

Lots of turnovers, Matt Jones thinks he's playing for Geelong. Michie looks awesome

I would of thought the players glaring for sc selection tonight would have to be Dom Tyson, Viv Michie, Jack Watts, Josh Caddy, Mitch Duncan, Jesse Hogan .... All looked very viable options ... Just when I thought my team was settling haha

Yeah Michie didn't have the big numbers of everyone else, but he did some great things.
I'm a bit wary of Caddy because he was playing Donald Duck's role while he wasn't there.
