im trying to steer away from those Brissy boys as they have a tough draw this year and Im not confident in Beams/Aish getting much game time! I may be wring but not for me

Both are must haves ATM IMO.

How many mid rookies do you have? I personally have 5 and they are Beams, Michie, Polec, Ellis and Dunston. Will i believe are the best mid options at this stage and should be in all teams.

Very tough if i had to split them, Michie has better JS, but Polce has a much better scoring ability... But based on last night, i think he should be on track for round 1 and therefore, Polce would be my pick.

With limited rookies in other areas, i think 5 rookies (3 on, 2 bench) is almost a must. Have played with having only the 3 or 4 but it just doesn't work with other positions. With so many cheaper potential high averaging mids, that are way cheaper then what they can produce this year and all the rookie depth being in the mids; Ive gone 5 premiums and 5 rookies, which has seen me leave out Thomas.

Not sold on whether Michie will be in the best 22, he was obviously recruited for a reason, perhaps depth though? Polec seems to be in on the other hand, so I have gone with him and Tyson.

Leppa has said they want to play Aish whenever possible...no cotton wool easing him into the side nonsense

As for the 2 rookies mentioned i currently have both Michie in over Tyson atm.
