Hey guys

with Fuller not looking good have to make Suckling D6 but i need someone under 400k for D5

with McDonald on the bench i think it would be a good idea for it to be someone from North

Ricochet

Have been considering the same thing mate. I'd look hard at Hansen over the other two.

colmullet

I've had Hansen locked in all pre-season, his underpriced due to a 0 score injury game last year....plus his last half to last year was premo scoring as he settled into his role down back. I think he could potentially average 95 this year.

But he's my gamble so keep away hahaha :p

shaker

Yes his second part of last year was very good in the mix

Mat0369

Hansen is the guy. His second half of the season was brilliant and he had two injury games due to concussion that have brought his price down

Torpedo10

I actually like Mullett, quite a good scorer.

RaisyDaisy

Out of those 3 I would go with Hansen.

Theres been wraps on Atley for years but I cant see him ever being a player to avg more than 75ish

KB - Surely McDonald is good enough for D6? D7 seems overkill in the backs. Surely there will be 2 cheaper options to sit on the pine? With so much $ on def field I imagine it hurts your other lines

Nige

I'd definitely go Hansen.

I like Mullett as a player more, but I think Hansen will score better.

Might be overkill mate...Suckers at D6...McDonald should hold the fort at D6 until a playing rookie rears his little ugly head.

McDonald may be playing well enough for a chance to play round 1 but he certainly hasn't escaped the risk of being the substitute. I'm still very concerned that he won't be good enough as a D6

Laidler could be a good bench option

Grufflez

Laidler is a scrub, not worth the money, 8 possies from like 85% TOG is a joke even if it was a NAB CUP game.

LOL we are going to have to field a few rookies unless you are going with a team of full mid prices Rico...i'll take L-Macs sub scores at D6, cant justify spending all this money on backmen..i will not be spending unnecessary money down back!

no guarantee he will play either, swans back 6 have been very settled. Rampe/Johnston will get a game first.

I've just restructured my team to have Suckers at D6 myself. If I get 2 good-looking bench options other than McDonald, then and only then will I downgrade Hibberd to one and upgrade a Dom Tyson-type to Rockliff. Currently playing Thomas at M4, but my only 4 on-field rookies are in the guts! Even if some back and/or forward rookies are named round 1, do they even have the ability to score and make money, or are we just hoping for a Tom Lee from last year type to exceed expectations because there's nothing left??

Edit: I like Hansen and dislike Atley. Hansen is currently competing (however losing to) Swallow for my D5 atm! FWIW

Haha I'd rather an 80 from an extra rookie mid with Suckers at D6 then a sub score from a rookie anywhere. Seriously think this is a legitimate option now
