Rich gets murdered by taggers, Hanley is more manslaughterish.
Hahaha this pretty much. Although Rich can't be far off breaking it I hope.
Rich appears to have added to his aerobic sthis year - Has worked on endurance in the off season and has also gained some speed.  Looks like they are trying to get him break tag with endurance to out run tagger.

Vinny

That's good to hear, really hoping this is the year for XV reasons, would be awesome.

I hope he does - one of the most damaging players going around and great to watch

Rich will break the tag this year dayze. Watch him.
I went to school with rich. He is a top bloke.
He has had to handle that tag since he was pretty young I really hope ur right.
He would almost do better if he didn't have such a damaging foot
Hanley coming of age should b very good for him.

i am going for Simpson instead!

Simpson in 2013 - 22 games - 4 under 80 (42 / 55 / 66 / 75) - 11 over 100 ( top 3 - 144 / 128 / 126)

Hanley in 2013 - 20 games - 5 under 80 ( 42 concussed / 55 subbed adductor tightness / 49 Macaffer! / 71 / 79 ) - 9 over 100 ( top 3 - 160 / 141 / 133)

Pretty similar as Simpson struggled with tags -> 55 and 75. A 42 and a 66 thrown in for no reason though.

Love stats.

strikes91

Played purely off half back and racked it up tonight, lower score because he butchered a few though.

U can't just overcome it. The tag is ridiculous sometimes.
Guys like pendles are insane. They have a player hanging off them at every moment and to dispose of it with such efficiency is very special.

I think its all a combination of class and confidence

Pendles, Ablett etc, the guys who cant be tagged, they know how good they are, their confidence and belief is that no one is going to stop them from doing what they need to do, they don't even care that someone is trying to tag them

Guys who cant beat the tag, its a mental thing, instead of playing their game, they notice and are aware of the tagger, and they let that impact them, their confidence, and that is why they struggle

Yes but Simpson has the history, only missed 3 games in the past 8 years, and averaged mid 90's past 5 years. Lockity Lock!

Still needs a shave IMO.

Had him locked in for most of preseason

So did I but I've just taken him out. a couple of rearrangement/downgrades left me with Hanley+Fasolo vs Hurn+Dustmart... Option 2 much more enticing. Look at upgrading to Hanley after byes.

It's Hanley or Hibberd for me and I reckon it's going to come down to the wire. Very tough choice.
