Anyone considering at F4-5, currently have him at F5, believe he represents a lot of value, capable of going 95 as he showed in 2012, before being hampered by a back injury. Has also taken and will continue to take the number 1 defender but shouldn't affect him and the new marking rules may advantage him in 1 on 1s. Surely there has to be some love for this bloke?

All good points, he's fairly priced for what he can achieve.

Had him the year before last and he was fantastic helped me to a good ranking , well priced but round 8 bye does not help

If the cheaper rookies all play then I reckon he is affordable in my current structure.

However, I think he will be a luxury I won't be able to afford.

Has only really had 1 good year, and even then it was a rollercoaster - 140 one week 60 the next

How much will no JPod and Vardy impact him? All the attention will be on him

Hawkins actually has better money making potential  than Caddy i think, IF Hawkins has a few good games early on he could rise quite a lot in price reasonably fast and be a straight swap to a fallen premium,Caddy should make money but i think he will increase slowly since he is less capable of going big like Hawkins, i actually favour Hawkins of the 2 now.

I would take 140 & 60 every fortnight without a worry in the world. But if the truth be known, Hawkins is a confidence player who can string together a month of outstanding football and then go quiet for a month. The trick is to trade when he hits his high.

At the moment he is my F4- has a high ceiling for cash generation- only has to make 80-100k to upgrade to a premo. He is priced at 64 ppg. Reckon if his back doesn't flare up he should average 80-90 range.

AHHH ! that's the thing with these blokes isn't it..Hawkins..Suckling..Not quite secure enough for a F4 or D4 for mine but its a lot of extra cash for F5 or D5....

Ive had him at F5 for a while now, all he has to do is string a few big games together, which the big men tend to do! Whether or not that happens early or not is the gamble... could hit 450/500k, but wouldnt expect an average over 80 IMO
