All his stats tell me to pick him but something in my gut says wait and upgrade to him later if he warrants it.

i would wait purely cos the saints are so crap that think it is too big of a rick picking saints premos

He does have the potential to improve again, could be a good pod but think he is a better wait and see player as at worst youll pay an extra 30-40k later. Guys like libba a better starter, or even selwood/swan as uniques going by teams on here.

The Saints will be competitive though (unlike Melb last year). He managed to pump out a premium output last year when they were bottom 3 as did Joey. Griff and Libba both put out premium averages in bottom 4 side.

Just have my doubts about him being able to handle the tag while increasing his SC output as he is still so young..thats a massive ask, love the way he plays and will be a great player for the saints but i see him staying around that 107-112 mark personally and i am trying to find those guys who can go 115+.

Mind you if he can use his pace/endurance to burn off the tags i will be super impressed!
