Cyril has only played 20 games once in the last 5 years, at an average of 98.5, and he's never averaged 100... close though...
2010 19 games 94.7 av, 2011 16 games 99.6 av, 2012 20 games 98.5 av, 2013 13 games 88 av. So he's underpriced but also not a lot of room to move if you become unlucky and he doesn't last. risk:reward ratio too far on the risk side for me.

Haha apart from the year I picked him (debut) he doesn't excite me in SC terms but in real time, pure and simple..Delicious!

I love Cyril and try to fit him in every year. Without bias here is my opinions

Positive
-Will score well if he plays either forward or mid. Forward he gets a ton of tackles and in the middle he can break it open.
-Has been in the 90s for most of his career.
-Running styles changed... (Although I doubt it)
-Has the potential to be the best forward out there bar Danger

Negative
-Most likely won't play 22 games due to his play style and hammys
-Misses R1
-Inconsistent if he plays in the midfielders
-Will be tagged if he strings 3/4 games together in the mids

Up to you. I won't start him this year but will try to get him in at some stage. I think Pav and even Zorko are lower and are more reliable
