First Point- Cash Generation is far more important than a rolling donut.

Def: Too strong here- downgrade Bartel/McVeigh to Suckling to spend the cash elsewhere. 8/10

Mid: One or Two of Libba, Ziebell and Shuey need to become proven premos. 7/10

Ruck: R1,R2 tick- Nankervis won't play round one based on the GWS v Sydney game- Derickx likely IMO- King should become Thurlow. 8/10

Fwd: One of Gunston/Kennedy needs to become Martin or Wingard IMO- The other should become Pav or Zorko. Lennon won't play round one nor will Newman- look at Rohan and one of Impey/Merrett etc.  6.5/10

Just as I was about to post I saw Aaron's post.  I agree with most of what he has offered.

Backs: really strong.  Poss too strong (if such a thing exists) as money saved could be put in mids (where most score is generated)

Mids: Not enough proven performers here.  This is where you score comes from (and I agree so do your cash cows - I don't think you have found the balance)

Rucks:  Why carry a donut?  Especially as Nankervis is prob also a donut.  There are cheap rucks who will likely play - find them.

Fwds: there are a few good fwd rookies.  Upgrade your mid priced fwds to premos and fill up on the rookies - this will replace the lost cash cows from the mid and I think give you a better score for the first 8 wks.

I've knocked him out now anyways - swapped him with J Bourke from Brissy - got rid of my donut too.
