The rest of my starting cheapies wil be guys like Michie etc and anyone named round one

Polec at 170k isn't a lock for me i want to see more
And M.Crouch might be a bit like D.Currie last year i am fearing...plenty of NAB time because they don't plan on giving him much during the season..but if he keeps up form he might demand selection 24 possies isn't bad for a youngster.

Was just about to post the same!!

Polec has had a perfect preseason, almost certain to play off a wing, highly rated player and almost top scored for his team in the first NAB match.  What else does the kid need to do for us to put him in our teams?

I rate him over Sheed/Tyson at this stage.

Fuller, Old Mcdonald, Ellis, Dunstan, Crouch and Kennedy-Harris.

In the mids we will have enough choices to get buy, but after that its looking a bit dire


In defence you can lock in McDonald in D6, after that its really hard to know with any certainty. Fuller may not get a game, but that could open the door for Pearce who is 123k and played last night. I was quite impressed with Georgiou and Melbourne do have a promotion spot up for grabs so I hold out hopes for him, other than that though someone like Laidler, Cutler, Langdon will hopefully get a game, we just need two of them too!

In rucks I think its quite possible that no rucks under 180k will get a game early on, our only chance really is one of the Sydney boys, Nankervis/Naismith/Derickx, or Currie from North, if either team looks to play a second ruck.

Up forward JKH looks the goods, apart from that it is anyones guess, we just have to hope that at least two blokes >150k get a game.

Its certainly going to be tough, and it could mean you have to start with a weaker squad in order to have guys on the bench who are actually playing, gonna be tough!

Crouch looked great but I really don't see him in the crows best 22 each week. I'm hoping he plays more back half of the season as a downgrade after round 8 ;)

Sando loves the crouch brothers - he basically traded Vince to get Matt.

but just checked Brad's record - avg 87 -  14 games - he played R2, 3 and 4 then was unsighted until R11 - did he cop an injury?

so there's a good chance he would have played most games if not injured.

A lot were not rating Matt as high as Brad - but if Sando loves them, I'll take a 70 avg at that price

What's with everyone picking JKH? Paul Roos does not like to play younger players early. I'm fairly certain Byrnes and Kent will start as forward pockets over JKH.
