Nice team mate. How about McDonough > Ambrose and Thomas > Swallow? Then you could switch him to backs via Langdon.

Spite

G. McDough > Ambrose, Michie > Tyson

Maybe Lewy Taylor instead for JS reasons although Ambrose will make quicker cash.

Michie if he gets dropped go to Tyson, just think you need to squeeze tyson in there.

Thanks. I was looking at this too but would leave me with 4 on field rookies in mid and none of them are tyson... hmm.. bit worried about rolling with some many on field in this pos.

So this is the 'get the good rookie' strategy. Means I would forget about swallow for now.
I am bleeding points from Rohan so Ambrose looks like a must.
So its a pick of these really:
a. ichie >Tyson or
b. Daisy > Murphy or
c. Suckling > Swallow

Ringo

I would stick with Daisy as he is slowly building - Improvement last week on the previous week.
Suckling to Swallow may be luxury trade - Bear in mind Suckling is also coming back from injury as well.
So I would do the Michie to Tyson trade as he has strong job security

Hey ringo, good to hear from you again.
So do you think Ambrose or Taylor is a good trade for mcdough?

Carn

So i am looking at Michie > tyson, Cotchin > Watson (i know this is sideways).

Thoughts?

Ringo

Ambrose or Taylor for McDonagh is a virtual must trade for you. Taylor seems to have cemented a place in Brisbanes best 22 but may be vest candidate at times.
Personally I am keeping Michie as a bench warmer and possible loophole as when he plays again will have a negative 10 B/e so will go up in price as well.  But Michie to Tyson will net you more points though.  Go with gut on it.

Current team
McVeigh Mitchell Simpson Suckling McDonald Langdon (Laidler Langford)
Ablett Pendlebury Watson Beams D.Thomas Tysons Polec Dunstan (Cunningham Ellis)
Sandy Hickey (Currie Derickx)
Dangerfield Martin Roughead Parker Higgins Rohan (McDough JKH)

I have used 3 trades so far, and have 100k in bank

Need to fix my F6.
A. Mcdough > Fasolo
B. Mcdough > L.Taylor
C. JHK > L.Taylor and Mcdough > Fasolo

I like C but using 5 trades already seems like a lot, agree?

Ringo

I would do B - Gives you another week to look at Fasolo.

Also if JKH is named on field with Melbourne having the early game maybe put him as emergency.

Carn

Round 5 Team
McVeigh Mitchell Simpson Suckling McDonald Langdon (Laidler Langford)
Ablett Pendlebury Watson Beams Tysons Polec Dunstan Ellis (Cunningham D.Thomas)
Sandy Hickey (Currie Derickx)
Dangerfield Martin Roughead Parker Higgins Fasolo (Rohan JKH)

26 trades left - 40k bank - 11,110,300 team value - rank 7,333

My question this week is do I downgrade Daisy to B.Crouch and pocket the 250k?
This could be used for an upgrade another pos (i.e. Tyson to Stevie J, or Langdon to Swallow)

Vinny

Keep an eye on your byes man.

Off the top of my head, you will have 18 to play as it stands in Round 8.

Daisy goes and that becomes 17.

I'd grab Crouch and then upgrade Langdon to a R9/R10 premium.

Thanks Vinney, ahhh... yes the byes. Do you have a strategy for the byes?
Looks like with the dasiy>crouch move will leave me with 10.10.10 players out each round.

Vinny

Not really man.

I've looked at my team, seen how many I have playing as it stands and set a trade plan to ensure I have 18 each round. Whilst also getting in the best premiums and trading hard.

Looks good if you have that structure.

Carn

So, looking at
Daisy to B.Crouch
Langdon > Swallow/Jaensch or Tyson > Fyfe

Good moves?

Ringo

Assuming you Mean Matt Crouch not Brad that is fine.

Langdon will still make some cash this week with a negative B/e

Tyson is close to maxing out so if you can afford it Tyson to Fyfe would be my preferred or alternately you can sit and just wait till next week and build cash reserves.  Fyfe has a high B/e this week so any change in his price will be minimal.
