Yeah, after seeing the footage I agree he should be convicted. I'm also pretty surprised he didn't get assault though.

Spot on. These guys are role models for some young kids, and get paid well to be so. So they need to act like it. Some of these guys think they are above the law and need to be punished to the full extent.

I don't think that it's that they think they're above the law, it's just that they didn't think, and hundreds of guys do this but get away because they're not high profile and can't be identified- that footage was showerhouse, if you didn't know who he was you wouldn't be able to ID him from that, which makes me think he was assaulted because of his profile and was pissed off because of it.

That doesn't make it right, and he should definitely cop his dues for it... I really don't think it should have been GBH though.

I refer to my previous advice keep up the personal attacks and thraed will be locked 2nd and final warning.

Just stick to facts and not insults against one another.

I think the mods have been a touch over-zealous of late, in certain topics, but this one probably needs to be locked. Lets all wait and see the outcome, and then possibly reopen.
