Wait until he is up against a decent ruckman and then make your decision.

Yeah I completely agree with this. Big Boy looked good but it wasn't much of a challenge to do so. Plus let's be honest you can't always read too much into NAB as team structures change heaps for real season anyway. Watch this space for me

The thing is we know what he I capable of, before last year when stkilda was half decent he averaged over 100 for the previous two seasons. He is only 24 and now thrust in to one of the vest teams in the comp which to be honest probably doesn't have anyone that will average over 105. He's fit and coming in to his prime.

Haha I was actually thinking about this myself, especially given that most of the key prems are out round 8 also. But I just can't leave Sandi at his price, play me 8 games and I'm a happy man.

Good luck finding 18 scoring players with two rucks sharing the same bye. There will be rookies in your side from round 8 and 10 who won't be playing round 9, there will be injuries to other players in your team come round 9 and then there will be all the other players in your side who also have the round 9 bye.

If you want to have any chance at overall then you need to cater for the byes. If you are just going for league wins then go with McEvoy/Nic Nat.

I don't see how them being both rucks is any more or less relevant as being 2 players anywhere else on the field... It's still just 2 players... if you take 2 round 9 bye rucks and 4 round 8 bye mids, it's no different to 2 round 8/2 round9 bye mids and 2 wound 8 bye rucks... still 4 out in round 8 and 2 out in round 9...
