Is anyone concerned by the lack of backline rookies?

I LMac getting vested quite a lot and not confident Kolo will get 6+ games in a row

Yeah vest does worry me. I'm not so concerned if they miss a game (provided I can cover it) but vests kill their profits... Like Kane Mitchell last year, how good could he have been playing full games??

Now this little snippet about Kane Mitchell will cause more investigation... :-X

Still has to get regular full games T Dog, and he's still rookie listed. Port's situation hasn't really changed as far as KM is concerned... at 240k for a mid there's much better choices.

I've done a little digging to see how the Doggie supporters rate Fuller and the consensus seems to be that he's not quite ready to step up to AFL football, this is a slight concern because there's very few alternatives. Cutler performing well is a bit of relief but it could even get to the stage where many people go into the season with a non-playing D8.

Yeah I am doubtful he is as much as a lock as we all think he is - saying that I currently have him as there is no one else!

georgiou played well tonight, someone to keep an eye out for.

LMac, KK, Fuller, Cutler, Laidler, Langdon and Langford are the only other ones who you could say at this stage even have a chance of being there round 1.

Thought he played really well, looks ungainly but he's precise with his kicking. He's also a bargain so would be a welcome addition to any backline.

Pending who's named for Round 1 I might be forced to downgrade Daisy Thomas to a mid rookie & upgrade one of Mac/Kol though.

How the heck can u afford that? I really am torn about how much money to spend in the backs. I guess once rookies are clear it will be easier. I hate spending $$ down there it makes it too hard to go mid heavy and forces value picks in the rucks.

He was fantastic last night. Almost every disposal hit a target even if he does have an awkward kicking action.

With Aidan Riley on the LTI list there is a big chance that Georgiou will be upgraded to the senior list especially with Garland out of the side following ankle surgery.
