Have a feeling a lot of serious SCers will be just as annoyed at this thread as the Hurn one LOL,but it had to be done.
At 545k he is expensive but North Melbourne's run after their bye can not be under estimated and their finals run can't get any better..if north preform as we all expect this year, this man is a must by seasons end at least.
Do we start him or hope he falls and pick him up post R8 bye.

Not for me (again). I've had him the past two seasons and while he ends up with a 90-95 average at the end of the season he's too volatile for me (i.e. 160 one week, 45 the next).

Unfortunately his down games have cost me too many league wins

Likely to be up and down in price, will get locked down in the odd game so upgrade to him when he has a price drop. Also age, and perhaps the emergance of others like black and daw. Wouldnt start with him at 560k when you can someone like franklin or cloke 60-80k cheaper who can both average similar or more, and have more reasons to improve.

Petrie smashes weaker teams and North have a pretty tough draw this year. I'd stay away for now until he falls a bit in price

eaglesman

would be picking him ahead of the likes of franklin if price was the same but given price i cant fit him in

auscoyote

Not for me at that price.  Interested to see how his team mate Black performs this season though.

Agree can't find the money to justify starting him but after his bye i will be all over him.

Thanks for the feedback fellas and i am actually really happy to see that most people aren't even considering him ^^ POD
