Tay Adams looks like he can be a good pick in a few years or so but it's an overload with Beams, Pendles & Swan all there

Armstrong looks like he can generate some serious cash

However this is only one incredibly close preseason game (and a clash match) so I'm not going to read into it too much :) I think Enright will still be a POD browny_wce he's a POD selection because there is risk entailed and only a few people are going to roll the dice with him when there are more midfield-oriented (and cheaper) backs. I think your selection will be fine though :) Good player to take the punt on but he may be in his final year of football

Where's the risk?? Has averaged 86 over the past 8 years and very rarely misses a game. Most consistent fantasy defender over the last 10 years!

If someone changes their premiums based on one nab cup game, than you wont need a POD to beat them anyhow. ::)

Not fussed by his score at all really, won't go near him

Like I said before has averaged 86 over the past 8 years, and has barely missed a game. Possibly the most under-rated fantasy player going around.

At 480k I just don't think he is worth it, don't get me wrong he's a gun player and has been for a long time but with all the other options in the backline I'm not touching him, and he'll stay around that 86-88 mark which is solid but with this years blessings (McVeigh/Mitchell) and potential breakouts like Hanley, Houli or Simpson (again) think there are better options

me

not going near him... yeah he's been a great dt servant and will probs average 80-90 this year, but i've been around long enough not to be duped by nab cup scoring

Exactly

Ricochet

Enright is the perfect upgrade option. His scores are very up an down and he fluctuates in prices. Definitely on the radar after a price drop off

Yeah exactly, Mcveigh, Mitchell, Simpson are all better options to start with imo. He may be rested quite a bit too which could be annoying, although thats more likely to be towards the end of the season. Upgrade target if he is going well.

My thoughts exactly, I believe he is only a POD if you start with him. Everyone else will wait and see and if he proves to be a top 6 we'll bring him in. There are cheaper options who I'd rather take a punt on as well such as Seedsman or D. Swallow. If Seedsman lines up for round 1 he'll easily be locked in at D3

He's been great but he is still older, he will still get rested twice so I wouldn't be racking out the boners just yet.
Oh mate raging hard-on!
Why would an "old guy" chop so hard an easily in PreSeason?
Seems to still find the easy ball

Settle down Browny. Were a lot of spuds playing in that game. Cant take too muck out of it.

salver11

Any reason why Kersten didn't play??? Only heard a little bit of the game but Brown sounded like he was presenting well, would he be ahead of Kersten?

Ricochet

He did injure himself a while back so may not be fully ready yet
