Rookies are subject to change obviously, but a fair idea on the one's that may make an impact.

Went light on in the midfield to bolster the backline due to lack of rookies at this stage.

Still trying to work out the best way to accommodate my backs and forwards. Forward line needs a touch up.

Will help out on other teams if anyone wants to throw them my way.

Hi bud, here's my opinion:
DEF: Strong, and I like Hibberd as a POD
MID: Strong, but... who is your wk8/9 captain? Sheed & C. Beams? Major problem! (-2)
RUCK: Strong
FWD: I know you said your rookies aren't set, nor should they be, but you went cheap, can you afford to correct this? (-1)

Yeah I can change rookies, i'll take the one who are gonna play round 1 obviously, I just saw these one's as the one's who may break in first.

I'm not sold on Cotchin yet, being a Freo supporter it may turn into Fyfe pretty quick.

Yeah I don't exactly like my forward rooks, but it can change.

I like it mate, very similar to mine.  very sound throughout.
I'd prob look at downgrading cotchin to someone like M Murphy / Daisy who is 100k-$200k cheaper which you could use to strengthen that midfield a bit.  You really only have 4 100+ bankers in your side and the midfield is the scoring engine room.

I had Jobe Watson but decided to downgrade him which allowed me to do the following (just as an example):

M: Gaz, Pendles, M Murphy, Beams, Daisy, J Martin, L Mcdonald, Dunstan (Crouch, Taylor)
Im confident I have 5 100+ bankers and once Daisy & Murphy make me some coin I can then cash in on some premiums who have dropped in $.

But a soild team none the less.  8.5/10 IMO

I'm unsure how you can give this team a -2 for not having a solid captain choice for round 8. This is not an issue as this stage. A lot of teams will have this same problem. By round 8 this team has potential to trade in players.

Thanks, yeah I understand the midfield part, i'm looking to go light on with so many good rookies in there to pick from. They'll also generate a lot of quicker cash compared to other lines.

Not sold on Thomas, I wanna be for money concerns but I just don't think he'll perform that much better. I read an article today John Barker has been quoted to say Daisy will be a midfielder at the Blues, so could be another reason to get him in, as I thought he may be eased in a lot down forward then move on a wing.
