That first quarter is a little bit of a tease. Mitchell, Parker, Towers, Coniglio and Greene have all been on my watch list this pre season.

Conigs is killing it so far

3rd year break out? Only thing that puts me off him and Greene is they won't win enough games.

i actually thought rohan showed a few good signs early on ... i had completely ruled him out ... but i have seen some life and some chance

Are Mitchell and Parker going to gather this many possies when the real games start? Looks to me like all the other mids are playing but are they just taking it easy?

I just had a look at the advanced stats and they both have shower disposal efficiency. May not be good enough for SC.

Derickx is doing a lot better than I thought he would.

Showed a bit more than nankervis on tonights performance.

Mitchell and Parker looked good tonight, but jpk, jack, hanneberry, okeefe, mcveigh all under 60sc and didnt seem to press too hard, would imagine all those guys picking up a much bigger share of the points when the real stuff starts.

From what I heard, Naismith was playing second ruck as opposed to Nank, I wonder if they'll change that around next game.

Just got back home from the game. It was fairly lacklustre and Sydney had the game in hand most of the game although GWS did get within a couple of kicks late in the third quarter. A bit of a laugh with everyone trying to sing the GWS song at times. Both Mummy and Giles shared it although Mummy looks right at home. I was impressed with Jed Lamb early. Whitfield and Greene scouted the forward line and worked well. Patton only came on briefly. For Sydney Tommy Mitchell was everywhere, Rhyce Shaw impressed and is cheap. Gary Rohen looked alight.

Had plenty of beer and a good time with a few Carlton mates. Hoorah.

Mitchell bad team bully except for this time he took off while the game was in the balance

Ringo

Cut and paste again - now fixed

Would you say Sydney Ruck Order looks like being Pyke, Derickx, Naismith and Nankervis based on last night
