No worries, it wouldn't surprise me too much. Throughout the TAC Cup the ball was in his hands most of the time so it would've been hard to rack up the tackles ;)

Are you talking about how he went in the WAFL last season? If so he did average 1 tackle a game. He played 4 WAFL matches for the year and only had 5 tackles. Also only averaged 14.25 disposals and 54.75 DT a game. But then at the U18 Champs his stats change massively playing against kids instead of men. In his 4 matches there he averaged 27.75 disposals, 2.75 tackles and 103.75 DT a game.

2.75 tackles a game isn't that amazing against kiddies, I think the other top rookie mids are 3 and 4 a game each.
