I hesitate to rate as I think it will be negative mate.

No to Bartel for me as a starter. Prefer to save a few dollars and go for a Hibberd, Thompson, Hanley or even Hurn. Depends on byes too though.

Atley too risky for me. I don't know much about him though I guess.

Shuey won't be top shelf. Savage is OK  but just.

Pyke is Canadian.

Rohan too streaky.

I can really only see 9 keepers.

Yea I dont mind it here is my 2c worth

Bartel - whilst he is a proven star his scores will gradually decline as is being rotated out of the midfield more and more.
I like the atley option, especially with Dal Santo now in the side...POD and hoping he can have a big year (I have him too)

I think you need another premium in the midfield.. I would be looking at upgrading schuey as missed a lot of footy last year.

Pike will be a POD and may produce scores similar to last year now that mumford has left.
Not sure on Caddy, but DPP helps.

I dont mind your side, could prob have a few more premiums and you need a few mid range players to lift but not too bad.

Not a bad side to be honest here is what i would do.

DEF: Bartel, not many ppl have him in there SC team, reason being his age and his best games were in his Brownlow season personally i would look at someone younger and cheaper but will still score in your 90+ I  would look at D.Swallow to gain some cash. Suckling and McDonald good choices :) I rate 7/10

MIDS: This midfield can be better but is resonably strong, I would ditch D.Beams though, and look at Wingard or even Sloan. . Shuey can also be ditched look for either X.Ellis or D.Tyson.... People would say Ellis is injuried but his trained well this pre season and been killing it. with the  extra cash you get by ditching bartel and shuey you could gain Sloan or Wingard in your Mids very dangerous players ;) 7/10

Rucks: Pyke and Sandi, if sandi is fit and firing you wil lbe laughing... heard he Killed the intra club game yesterday, I don't know much about Pyke but, its worth a crack. 8/10

Forwards: This looks very good. Don't know bout having Kennedy-Harris??? only player i reckon who will let you down there. I have Rohan in my side. very cheap and is a gun player for his price. 8/10

DEF: Not good enough, you're trade for Bartel to Swallow is poor, you were meant to go better - Get Hanley (-1)
MID: I don't like Sloane at F3. Who will your Capt be wk2/3? Shuey/Dunstan? (-2)
RUCK: I'm thinking of doing this too, but it is uber risky (-1)
FWD: No dramas
