Best First Year Player:

Winner: Kamdyn McIntosh

Kamdyn, traded from Seoul to Mexico City for pick 86, had an impressive first season of senior football. Kamdyn started the season in fine fashion, posting a massive 120 on debut. Even though he was a little quite throughout the middle of the season, he finished off strongly and was eventually a Premiership player for the Suns in defence!

McIntosh beat other contenders Josh Glenn, Liam McBean, and Bailey Dale.

Coaches Award:

Winner: Brett Deledio

Lids was a key target for coach JROO8 at the end of last season. They went after him hard and had to give up quite a bit. But his hefty investment was worth it for the Suns, with Lids averaging an impressive 112 points and becoming the #1 averaging fwd in the comp.

Deledio beat other contenders Tom Rockliff and Liam McBean.

2015 Maca Medallist:

Winner: Brett Deledio

Even though Lids had a slow start the year, not polling a vote in the first six weeks, he came home strong polling in every final and becoming a valuable member of the Suns' Premiership winning line up. In his first season at the club, after moving from Wellington, Lids will become the second Maca medallist. Lids only managed to pick up two best on grounds, but his consistency is what won him the award, polling in 11 games. Congratulations on a massive year Brett! 8)

Holz wandering in with the #humblebrag.

Jroo

Haha yes Holz,  looking at last year's results thought this year's results we're quite poor. No massive scores.

But look who came second.  Rock's 152 was pretty handy :P

Would like to welcome fanTCfool to Mexico City. He's joined the club as an assistant! :)

Thanks JRoo! Pleasure to be involved!
Knew I had chosen the right team a few weeks back, of course kept it hush hush until now - couldn't throw the players off their game heading into finals!
Looking forward to seeing the Suns go back to back next year!  ;D
