Fairly happy, but rucks a worry?

I've chopped and changed a lot already and have gone through more players than the Stkilda school girl Kim Duthie, but I'm pretty happy. Love some feedback:

Def: McVeigh, Mitchell, Hanley, Swallow, Suckling, Mcdonad (Fuller, Cutler)
Mid: GAJ, Rocky, Cotchin, D Beams, D Thomas, Martin, C Beams, Sheed (Garlett, Dunstan)
Ruc: Mcintosh, Sandi (Thurlow, Nankervis)
Fwd: Danger, Dusty, Buddy, Pav, J Lamb, L Taylor (Billings, Impey)

Rucks a bit of a risk?

Thoughts?

Hello again,

Boy, have I missed those cowbells.

Yes - rucks a risk but both will make cash if they play more than a few games. Personally I would get Grundy over HMac.

Your alternative is a Lobbe / NicNait / Minson / Goldy but then you'll have to sacrifice a gun on another line and increase your risk there - eg a Savage for say Beams.

I would pair the 2 options - ie top ruck and risky ruck and risky mid versus 2 risky rucks and a gun mid and see what you prefer.

Good luck

Hey Doc,

Thanks for comments. I've turned Hmac into Grundy, I had him prior but changed. Hopefully he should be able to follow up last season.

Would love to squeeze savage in but don't know how - I want D Beams and Daisy...

Good luck mate

Hanley hurt many after great start last year and Lions have hard draw early.

Maybe someone more consistent but that is your call.

Cheers Basil,

I forgot to mention I had changed Hanley to K Simpson.
