Ok here is a question for this that eat wheat bix

Do you put them in the bowl as is or crunch them up

When it's cold I like crunching them then put milk in then in the microwave for a bit
squish them down so they fit in the bowl
Nah, you put in like 2-3. Add milk. Eat (without squishing them or crunching them). Rinse and repeat.
genius!

Grazz

Yep just wack them in a bowl poor the milk in then sprinkle on some sugar. ;)

Scrunching them is easier

I only eat 3 for breakfast :o

But then to that I add natural yoghurt, half a banana, raspberries/blueberries and milk. Delicious :)

Way to healthy my body would go into shock followed by severe convulsing then death. Well im guessing really but i think it would go something like that.

Dont have any weight issues but i could certainly benefit mate from eating healthier. My cholesterol  levels are good though from a recent test. Need to get fitter as i havent done much since the 3 shoulder reconstructions and my fitness levels have dropped off because of it.

Join the club - need to get off FF and do some exercise - Put on 3kg over the last 12 months. So need to start once I get my gout in foot under control

I started uni in very good shape, then I was at the peak of my fitness about 2.5 years ago. Then I got injured, quit athletics, kept drinking lots, and now I'm a slob. Definitely need to get back into shape!

Have bought a couple of kayaks for fishing around the estuaries, river and beaches instead of using the boat/motor. Hoping to use them a fair bit over the Autumn/winter and try to get a bit fitter using those. Running is out as my right knee is stuffed and swimming with my shoulder gives me a bit of grief aswell. Borrowed a mates kayak and i seem to be fine keeping my elbow close to my side so im hoping i'll be ok over longer distances.

Use to hear coco pops all the time but got sensitive to milk like it is in a cereal and stopped eating it. I'm more a lunch and Dinner man now

Its alot of fun mate, cheap to set up and getting towed around by a big fish is exciting. Got a Go-Pro for xmas so im hoping to get a bit of good footage over time. You can sneak right up the estuaries flicking lures and baits at so many fishy spots or cruise the beaches for Flathead and whiting etc and getting fitter while your doing it.
