Wouldn't be the worst option as a POD imo but obviously there are a lot of quality mid premos to choose from.

yeah no doubt he will... tags will go to griffen/libba/cooney/murphy ahead of him... he will avoid the tags and if he stays fit will average 105+ no sweat

all over my radar this preseason, just depends on whether i go underpriced mids like lids/cotch/murph/thomas which means no spot to start

I don't think there's any question as to whether Boyd will get tagged, as tagging a player of his pedigree would be pretty ineffective being an accumulator/ball winner rather than having an elite disposal like Griffen, I think it's moreso whether he will be a tagger this year.

I can't see him being a tagger.  It wouldn't really suit him, plus he would get run off the park if he's trying to tag a Pendles or Ablett or Swan.  He's their ball winner, and that's what he does best.  No use trying to teach an old dog new tricks.
