Warning to current Scooter owners

QuoteThe Eagles midfielder expects to play more of a run-with role in 2014 than he has done in the past two years.

"We've lost a couple of older guys in Andrew Embley and Daniel Kerr and we'll start bringing in some new guys.

"I think it's probably better that they can go out there and just play footy and then I'll probably go back to playing more of a defensive role."

This may mean he won't be trying to win the ball, should still be a solid scorer but will most likely drop in price if this is the case.

Pretty much.  I finally convinced myself to start him in all forms of fantasy and then I hear this news.

zeddyzed

He had heaps of run with roles last year, he still manages to win his own ball.

Ricochet

Still has an easy start to the year though. Wouldn't expect him to tag against Bullies, Melbourne and Saints

in games listed as a tagger (NOT including finals)
2013: 10 games at an average of 103.9
2012: 10 games at an average of 94.2

might still be an option, but doesn't look as appealing as he did a few weeks ago

And there he goes from my midfield  :-\  Masten anyone? Shuey? I'd love to take advantage of west coasts start but I can't see any safe options........

He was the best option for West Coast mids Shuey gets tagged and it stuffs his scores

His average has increased by 10 every year, and hes tagged every year. Hes not a traditional stopper, he wins his own ball, has a great draw and a massive ceiling, you guys are overthinking it. :P

He didn't tag last year and it's the reason why his average went up last year and his scores were more consistent

Also I watch every single Eagles game and he didn't tag
