mids too weak!! move McDonald into the def(why waste a mid position on someone who can take up a def posi) and use some of those $$$ to get another premium mid... spent too much in you fwds ... balance the team a bit

You're right about McDonald, I shall move him to defence for either Cutler or Fuller depending on the nab.

Should I downgrade Clark for a rookie and upgrade a mid?

Some pretty strong comments. Can't argue with them but how can one tell if someone is 'back to his best' at this stage of the year? Intraclub hitouts are pretty unreliable when judging guys like Cotchin.

Also, 'super bargains' don't tend to cost $572K.

Bargain = Daisy. And maybe even Murphy. Beams too but you've got him.

McDonald in mids adds DPP I guess so not all bad.

Is Taylor ready? Thought I read he had a leg issue. NAB obviously will help. Can't wait.

why dont you think he wont get back to his best??
Cotchin had a poor year by his standards and still finished in the top 20 mids.
he still delivered 15 tons, and yes i do consider him a bargain.
for a guy who "can" go 115+ over the year i think 50K cheaper than what he should be is a bargain.

The other thing that worries me about him is his bye.

I still would prefer McDonald in the mids for the dpp link, but we'll see how it all goes during the NAB.

Cotchin is undervalued, as is Beams... but including them in a midfield that includes GAJ, Pendles and Martin leaves you open for a good old fashioned raping in round 8
